EDMONTON — The Edmonton Eskimos have agreed to terms with their entire 2011 draft class, the club announced today.

Scott Mitchell (OL), Nate Coehoorn (WR) and Youssy Pierre (WR) all agreed to terms today with the green and gold. Hugo Lopez (DB) signed on May 25.  All four will hit the field tomorrow for Rookie Camp at Johnny Bright Bowl at Jasper Place High School.

“We are excited to have reached agreements with all three of these young men,” says Eskimo GM Eric Tillman.  “They arrived in Edmonton today and, along with Hugo Lopez who signed earlier, we expect this rookie class will prove to be a significant step in the process of building a winning franchise.”

A left tackle out of Rice, Mitchell was drafted in the 1st round (2nd overall). He started 38 consecutive games over four years at Rice.

Coehoorn was the Calgary Dinos’ leading receiver in 2010 with 28 catches for 416 yards and was named a Canada West All-Star for the third consecutive season. He was selected in the 1st round (5th overall).

In 23 games at University of Montreal, Pierre had 42 catches for 549 yards and four touchdowns. The Eskimos drafted him in the sixth round (46th overall).
