REGINA — According to a report by The Canadian Press, Corey Chamblin is staying put.

The Grey Cup-champion Saskatchewan Roughriders have called a press conference this afternoon, where it’s expected they’ll announce that they’ve signed their head coach to a multi-year contract extension.

Chamblin, 36, was named the CFL’s coach of the year after leading the Roughriders to an 11-7 regular-season record and eventual Grey Cup title.
