REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders will be without their leading offensive contributor for the next little while, as CFL.ca’s Jamie Nye reports they’ve placed Naaman Roosevelt on the 6-game injured list.
Nye also added Saturday that receiver Ricky Collins and defensive back Graig Newman have also been placed on the 6-game injured list:

Roosevelt has been the Riders’ most productive player during an otherwise forgettable 1-10 season in Riderville, leading the team and ranking third in the CFL with 1,095 yards. The second-year Rider is also tied for second in the league with 76 receptions and is one off the league lead with 111 targets behind league-leading receiver Adarius Bowman.
Collins has also been a major contributor in the Riders’ offence with 513 receiving yards on 31 catches.
The Riders are in action again on Sunday when they host the Edmonton Eskimos.
