Under Centre: Exclusive 1-on-1 with Sunday’s Quarterbacks

TORONTO — As the biggest game of the year looms, CFL.ca’s guest analyst Davis Sanchez sits down for a candid, 1-on-1 interview with Henry Burris and Bo Levi Mitchell.

Both pivots have an opportunity to cement their legacy.  For Burris, he can silence the naysayers and capture his second championship in the twilight of his career.  For Mitchell, at stake is a chance to cap off a dominant season with one of the greatest teams to ever take the field should they come up victorious.

Sanchez on Mitchell: “After talking with Bo, I saw just what a competitor he really is. When he talks about his team and his play you feel just how confident he is in the collective group , you know it’s real . A great QB and a great coach is great combination and the Stamps seem to have that and likely for years to come.”

Sanchez on Burris: “After talking to Henry, it’s obvious why he is so loved by so many CFL fans over the years . He just has such an infectious personality, but don’t let ‘Smiling Hank’ fool you — he’s a future Hall of Fame QB who feels like he’s still got a lot in the tank and I certainly agree.”

Burris and Mitchell will compete in the 104st Grey Cup presented by Shaw, Sunday night at BMO Field.
