Eskimos sign national defensive back Lue

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Eskimos have signed free agent defensive back Andrew Lue, the team announced Tuesday.

Lue was originally selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the second round of the 2014 CFL Draft. He was traded to Saskatchewan in October 2016 where he played three games at the end of the regular season.

 

In 25 career games, the six-foot-two, 210-pound native of Markham, Ontario has amassed 25 special teams tackles, collecting 23 of them in 2014 in his rookie season in Montreal.
