TSN CFL Fantasy: Who won Week 10?

TORONTO — An interesting strategy of leaving an empty running back spot proved to be well worth the risk for this week’s TSN CFL Fantasy winner.

KGUN skyrocketed to the best total of Week 10 with 174.5 points without starting a second player in the backfield.

Instead, KGUN picked a couple of big time ballers, Greg Ellingson and Reggie Begelton, who amassed 39 and 49.3 points, respectively.

Take a look at the rest of KGUN’s roster:

Ellingson hauled in 10 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns in the Eskimos win over the Argonauts in Toronto on Friday night. Begelton caught four touchdowns on eight catches and totalled 173 yards in the Stampeders loss to the Montreal Alouettes.

At quarterback, KGUN went with Esks pivot Trevor Harris (42.1 points). Harris tossed 420 yards and three major scores through the air while also adding eight rushes for 13 yards and two touchdowns.

Don Jackson (16.5 points) was the only running back that KGUN started last week. Jackson rushed 13 times for 77 yards and caught six passes for 28 yards out of the backfield.

KGUN’s flex player was Ticat Bralon Addison (19.6 points) who hauled in eight passes for 100 yards and doubled as a running back, rushing five times for 16 yards.

And finally, KGUN went with the BC Lions defence (8 points) that allowed 32 points and collected three sacks, two interceptions and a fumble.
