MONTREAL -- The Montreal Alouettes announced on Monday that the team will be without receiver Kerry Watkins and offensive tackle Josh Bourke for the remainder of the season.
Both injured during Sunday's game against the Calgary Stampeders, Watkins suffered a fracture of the left fibula in the second quarter while Bourke sustained a torn pectoral muscle of the left shoulder in the fourth quarter.
Bourke and Watkins have each been placed on the nine-game injured list.
Watkins' season comes to an end after registering 395 yards and three touchdowns on 31 receptions. The 32-year old receiver missed the early part of the 2011 season recovering from off-season sinus surgery.
The Als conclude their season on Saturday against the BC Lions in Vancouver.
