The Stone Thrower

'The Stone Thrower' was the second documentary in the series, reflecting the inspirational and emotional story of how Chuck Ealey went from the projects of Portsmouth, Ohio to becoming the first African-American quarterback to win a Grey Cup Championship. It was aired following the Ticats vs. Lions game on Friday Night Football, and featured a man whose battle with racial intolerance led him to play professional football in Canada, where he proudly remains today.
