TORONTO -- Kevin Glenn had a huge game this past week throwing for 506 yards. That marks the 27th best yardage game in CFL history. Inspired by Kevin Glenn’s performance, CFL.ca has decided to take a look at this past week by the numbers:

540 – Jason Mass was the last player to throw for more than 500 yards. He threw for 540 yards on July 30, 2004 against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in a 41-24 victory.

513 – Danny McManus was the last player to throw for more than 500 yards in a loss. He threw for 513 yards on July 25, 2002 against Ottawa in a 38-37 loss.

155 – Arland Bruce III was the biggest beneficiary of Glenn’s big day. His 155-yards receiving made him the first Ticats WR with more than 150-yards receiving in a game since Prechae Rodriguez racked up 198-yards against the Montreal Alouettes on October 4, 2008.

8 – Montreal has 8 home wins in 2009. With a victory on November 1st against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Molson Stadium, Montreal will become the first team to go 9-0 at home since the 1997 Toronto Argonauts.

2.25 – The average score difference in the CFL in Week 16 was 2.25 points. Three teams won by three points and one game resulted in a tie.

63 – Barron Miles now has 63 career interceptions after recording a pair of INTs against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on the weekend. Miles passed Terry Irvin for third place on the CFL’s all-time list and now trails only Larry Highbaugh (66) and Less Browne (87).

1 – Number of career receiving touchdowns for Montreal’s Michael Giffin who scored his first career major in the Alouettes’ 41-38 win over Hamilton.

2,057 – Marquay McDaniel passed 2,000 combined yards for the season this week against the Montreal Alouettes. He recorded 23 punt return yards, 137 kick return yards and 84 receiving yards in Week #16 to bring his season total to 2,057 yards.

11 – The number of players on pace for 1,000 receiving yards this season, including: Fred Stamps, Jeremaine Copeland, Kerry Watkins, Arland Bruce III, Geroy Simon, Jamel Richardson, Ben Cahoon, Maurice Mann, Paris Jackson, Adarius Bowman and Nik Lewis.

7 – The number of running backs on pace for 1,000 rushing yards this season, including: Joffrey Reynolds, Fred Reid, Martell Mallett, Avon Cobourne, Jamal Robertson, Arkee Whitlock and DeAndra’ Cobb.
