REGINA -- The Canadian Football Hall of Fame and Museum along with the Saskatchewan Roughriders announced today that the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and Museum will be celebrating their Induction Weekend in Saskatchewan this summer.

The Induction Ceremony will be held on August 11th through until the 14th with events scheduled for both Regina and Saskatoon.

“It’s a real honour to have the Induction Ceremony coming to Saskatchewan, especially with this being our Centennial year,” stated Roughrider President/CEO Jim Hopson. “This is a great opportunity for our fans and for all of our Centennial partners.”

“It's entirely fitting that one of the great celebrations of our game and the people who have made it strong is coming to the great province of Saskatchewan," said CFL Commissioner Mark Cohon.

"The home of Rider Pride for 100 years is also the source of tremendous passion for Canadian football and its place in the history and culture of our country."

This year’s Induction Class includes Roughrider alumnus Don Narcisse who will enter the hall with players – Bob Cameron, Tracy Ham, Elfrid Payton and builder Joe Pistilli.

The Canadian Football Hall of Fame and Museum is a non-profit registered charity. The Hall is located in Hamilton and currently has 244 Hall of Fame members who have been inducted into their Zone of Champions.
