CFL fines Edmonton Eskimos

TORONTO - The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club $1,000.00 for having an ineligible player participate in practice.
The player was not eligible to practice with the club because he did not have a registered contract with the league office.
