HOT TOPICS OF THE WEEK

Last week, with half of the league's players and teams getting a week off for a much-deserved bye, we asked players what they were doing with their time away from football. We also asked fans to send us pictures of their CFL-themed rides, and we got some pretty impressive entries!

In the newest edition of the weekly Online Water Cooler, two super Als fans get married in a wedding that went viral in CFL social media circles. Here are some photos and tweets from this special little CFL love story.

The wedding wasn't unnoticed by players, as Als kicker Sean Whyte pitched in with a tweet of his own:

Turns out there are a lot more CFL love stories out there than we could've ever imagined! But there's one more special one that, involving Bomber Head Coach Paul LaPolice and his wife, Tina.

Finally, there was one thing we couldn't ignore in this week's Online Water Cooler, after the Argos made a move that would shock the whole league at the end of their bye. Cory Boyd, the league's leading rusher, was dropped by the Boatmen and replaced as starter by Chad Kackert, while Boyd would soon after be scooped up by the Edmonton Eskimos.
