TORONTO -- Regina Rams receiver Jordan Sisco may not be in the CFL Amateur’s Scouting Bureau’s top 15, but he is certainly on the mind of CFL teams heading into the May 2nd Canadian Draft.

Sisco ranks sixth in Canada West history with 141 career receptions and 11th in career yards with 2,051. His excellent hands and good routes earned the 21-year-old invites to the 85th East-West Shrine game in Orlando and the CFL Evaluation Camp presented by Reebok.

At E-Camp, the 6-foot-1 U of R product showed good speed with a 4.50 second 40-yard dash and impressed with his hands during on-field testing.

“The one thing that would define him is that he likes pressure,” says Frank McCrystal, Sisco’s head coach at the U of R.

“Jordan has always been the go-to-guy. When the chips are down he will make the big play for you.”

Sisco was named a Canada West All-Star in 2008 despite only playing in six games and again last season after leading the Rams with 52 receptions for 700 yards and two touchdowns.

Now, after a great career in the CIS Sisco is ready to make the leap to the pros.

TSN will broadcast the first two rounds of this year’s Canadian Draft on May 2nd, from noon until 2 p.m. ET.
