EDMONTON -- Edmonton Eskimos slotback Kamau Peterson will miss the next nine games with a partially torn Achilles tendon.
Team officials announced Thursday they had moved Peterson, the CFL's most outstanding Canadian in 2008, to the nine-game injured list.
Peterson had five catches for 45 yards through the first two games of the season, and spent Game 3 on the one-game injured list.
