EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Eskimos announced Saturday the release of  import slotback Marcus Henry, as well as non-import linebacker Mike Cornell.

Cornell signed as a free agent on May 27, 2011. In three seasons with the Green and Gold, he recorded 41 special teams tackles.

Henry first joined the Esks in 2011 as a free agent. Last season, he recorded 34 receptions for 535 yards and one touchdown.

Throughout his three seasons with the Esks, Henry hauled in 95 passes for 1,301 yards and three touchdowns, with his most productive campaign arriving in 2013.
