Jeremy O'Day has been named the recipient of the 2008 Tom Pate Memorial Award. The Tom Pate Award is handed out each year to a CFL player who displays qualities that distinguish them from their peers.
Jeremy O'Day is one of the most respected players and gentlemen in the Canadian Football League. He is renowned for his sportsmanship on the field and his generosity off the field. Jeremy joins a remarkable list of recipients including Milt Stegall, Danny McManus, Michael "Pinball" Clemons and the late Ron Lancaster.
