HAMILTON -- The Hamilton Tiger-Cats acquired import defensive lineman Torrey Davis from the Calgary Stampeders on Wednesday in exchange for future considerations.

Trade Details:
To Hamilton: DL Torrey Davis
To Edmonton: Future considerations

Davis, a 6-3, 298-pound native of Seffner, Florida, joined the Stampeders in 2011 after stints with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Arena Football
League's Spokane Shock.

In 18 games over two seasons in Calgary, Davis registered 28 defensive tackles and one quarterback sack.  This season, Davis has made 16 tackles and one sack in eight games.

The Stampeders have also released import offensive lineman Richard Muldrow from the practice roster.

Am I the only one who thinks it's unfair for Edmonton to get the future considerations when Calgary is losing a player?

Let's have YOUR prediction of the 'Cats next move or are you resting on your (perhaps just lucky) 3-point Argos' win prediction of last week? Better yet, how about predicting the winning score of the Als-BC game? Personally I think BC will take this one but I have no idea by how much.

This does not sound like much of an upgrade o a struggling D line, if any, to me but hopefully I will be proved wrong.
