John Barrow was a rock on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats during his career in Steeltown. He was named a Divisional All-Star on offensive and defensive tackle in four consecutive seasons (1957-60) in addition to being named a CFL All-Star six times (1962-67). In 1962, Barrow won the Schenley Award as the league’s Most Outstanding Lineman. Barrow is a four-time Grey Cup Champion in 1957, 1963, 1965 and 1967.
