Pierre Desjardins was a mainstay on the Montreal Alouettes offensive line in the latter half of the 1960s. He played six seasons with the Alouettes and served as the captain of the offensive line. Desjardins, along with Pierre Dumont, was one of the first Francophone Montrealers to play for the Alouettes. He won the Grey Cup with Montreal in 1970.
