2008 CFL Canadian draft live on CFL.ca

Toronto (CFL.ca) – On Wednesday, April 30 at 12 noon ET, 48 of Canada’s top football athletes will be selected in the Canadian Football League’s annual Draft. Produced by TSN from the CFL on TSN Studio, the Draft will be available live, online at TSN.ca and CFL.ca. The final four rounds of the Draft can be followed on CFL.ca through real-time updates.

TSN host Rod Black welcomes CFL Commissioner Mark Cohon, who will be in-studio to announce each selection. They will be joined by the CFL on TSN panel. New CFL on TSN game analyst Duane Forde, who has covered the Draft on three previous occasions, will be part of a panel of experts including University of Western Ontario head coach and former Hamilton Tiger-Cats head coach Greg Marshall, Saskatchewan Huskies head coach Brian Towriss, and TSN’s Farhan Lalji.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have the first overall pick in this year’s CFL Canadian Draft. The six-round Draft features 753 eligible Canadian players from the CIS and NCAA.
