Veteran DB Goss among five Eskimos released

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Eskimos have released import defensive back Jason Goss, the club announced today.
 
Goss played 15 games (15 starts) in 2010 posting 43 defensive tackles, three interceptions for 72 yards, one special teams tackle and a pass knockdown.  Joining the Eskimos in February 2007, the Texas Christian product spent his seven year CFL career on the rosters of two teams; the Hamilton Tiger Cats (’04-’06) and the Eskimos (’07-’10).
 
The Eskimos also released the following players:

Import WR Derick Armstrong
