MISSISSAUGA — The Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to welcome veteran import LB Robert McCune and veteran non-import WR Danny Desriveaux.

Desriveaux comes to the Argos with familiarity in Scott Milanovich’s offence after spending the previous five years in Montreal. He brings some much needed Canadian depth to Toronto’s receiver position having accumulated 62 receptions for 670 yards and two touchdowns with the Als. The Montreal-native played CEGEP football at Vanier College and graduated from Richmond University.

McCune was a staple in Chris Jones’ defence in 2010 and 2011, starting 36 games over two seasons in Calgary. In two CFL seasons, McCune has accumulated 118 total tackles, eight sacks, one interception and one fumble recovery. The former Louisville star has also spent time with the Washington Redskins, Miami Dolphins, Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns, all of the NFL. McCune joins fellow former Stampeders LB Brandon Isaac in Toronto.

The Toronto Argonauts have also re-signed import OT Stephen Good and released import OL George Bussey.
