After a wild first day of free agency that saw 20 players either stay put or find new homes across the CFL, days two and three saw teams continue to tinker with their rosters, hoping to find someone that prove to be an instrumental part of their lineups.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats continued to shore up their defence, signing their fifth defensive player of free agency, while the Roughriders and Eskimos added some depth on the defensive side of the ball. The Als, meanwhile, opted to bring an old friend back into the nest.
Saskatchewan Roughriders
A day after they brought in Dwight Anderson and re-signed Tyron Brackenridge, the Saskatchewan Roughriders continued to beef up their defence, signing former Eskimos DB Weldon Brown, as well as Canadian linebacker Tristan Black. Day one of free agency saw the Tiger-Cats address a major need in signing Evan McCollough to help shore up their defensive backfield. Over the weekend, the Ticats continued the trend by inking former Bombers Deon Beasley and Marcellus Bowman. Hamilton also released RB Avon Cobourne. Read More.

Edmonton Eskimos
After losing Weldon Brown to free agency, Ed Hervey dipped into the free agency pool to sign former Tiger-Cats DB Chris Rwabukamba. Rwabukamba was the fourth free agent to sign with the Esks, joining Odell Willis, Alexander Krausnick-Groh and Marcell Young. Read More.
