VANCOUVER — The BC Lions announced today the release of veteran defensive back Anthony Reddick, as well as the signings of import offensive linemen Levi Horn, Andre Ramsey and Johan Asiata.

Reddick appeared in 48 regular season games over three seasons with the club, registering 126 tackles, 10 sacks and five interceptions during that span.

Horn spent parts of three seasons with the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings after signing with the Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2010. The Spokane, Washington native attended the University of Montana where he wrapped up a notable four-year career in 2009 with an All-Big Sky Conference selection.

Ramsey comes to the Leos after spending the previous four years on the practice rosters of various NFL teams including the Seattle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins. The Ball State grad was a four-year starter in college anchoring a record-breaking offense from his left tackle position.

Asiata got a taste of CFL experience attending training camp with Saskatchewan in 2012. The New Zealand native was a two-year starter at UNLV before spending parts of three years with the Chicago Bears from 2009 to 2011.
