HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that four Canadians – receiver Jordan Brescacin, linebacker Patrick Jean-Mary, offensive lineman Jason Medeiros and linebacker Louie Richardson – have signed new deals with the team.

Brescacin set new OUA records for single-season receptions (68) and career receptions (192) at Windsor after his time with the Ticats, which included a training camp stint and eight weeks on the practice roster.  Brescacin was named a first-team OUA All-Star and a CIS All-Canadian in 2011 and 2012.

Jean-Mary finished his rookie season on the Ticats practice roster after registering two special teams tackles in two games.  The Howard product was selected by the Ticats in the fifth round (33rd overall) of the 2011 CFL Draft.

Medeiros earned first-team OUA and CIS All-Canadian honours in his fifth and final season at McMaster this season.  He attended training camp and spent eight weeks on the Ticats practice roster before returning to help lead the Marauders to their second consecutive appearance in the Vanier Cup.

Richardson made three special teams tackles in two games during his inaugural season with the Ticats.  He signed as a free agent last May after four seasons at Manitoba.
