Three players fined following Week 4

VANCOUVER — The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined the following players:
 
Winnipeg Blue Bomber offensive lineman Glenn January for performing a chop block on Toronto Argonaut Khalif Mitchell during last Friday night’s game.
 
Winnipeg Blue Bomber defensive back Teague Sherman for blocking an opponent below the waist on a kickoff return during last Friday night’s game against the Argonauts. Sherman was also penalized on the play.
 
BC Lions receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux for using a prop during a touchdown celebration during last Saturday night’s game against the Edmonton Eskimos. CFL rules state that players cannot use props, including field markers or foreign objects, during touchdown celebrations.
