TORONTO — Canadian Football League teams made thier first round of major roster moves with Jerome Messam, Chris Wilson, Kiante Tripp and Dee Webb some of the notables released by their respective clubs.

All nine CFL clubs had to reduce their rosters to 65 players (excluding non-counters) by Sunday night. Teams will close out the pre-season on Thursday and Friday before having to make final cuts by Saturday, June 21 at 10:00pm ET.
