If the last third of 2014 was any indication, Jackson has found his spot in the CFL. After fighting his way up the BC Lions depth chart, Jackson caught fire late in the year and ended the season with over 800 yards receiving. There is always a market for a big-play, big-bodied receiver, especially one that seems to be hitting his stride.
“Big receiver. Fast. Obviously a guy who can make an impact”, said Ottawa general manager Marcel Desjardins when he addressed the media.
Jackson attended the University of Buffalo, where he had 116 career receptions for 1,403 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also served as a kick returner.
