Eskimos release national fullback Miller

EDMONTON — The Edmonton Eskimos have parted ways with national fullback Mike Miller, the team announced Wednesday.

Miller, an Acadia product, signed as an undrafted free agent with the Eskimos in 2011 and stayed in the green and gold his entire career playing in 104 games.

The Riverview, NB. native won the 103rd Grey Cup presented by Shaw with Edmonton in 2015 and suited up in 16 regular season games with the Esks in 2016 as they made a run to the Eastern Final against the Ottawa REDBLACKS.
