Riders announce addition of national OL Zver; other roster moves

REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced on Tuesday they have signed national offensive lineman Jeremy Zver.

Zver, a 6-foot-five, 295-pounder was selected by the BC Lions in the second round (16th overall) of the 2017 CFL Draft after spending four seasons at the University of Regina. The 23-year-old Regina resident started 25 collegiate games at left tackle while with the Rams. He was named a Canada-West All-Star following the 2016 season.

Zver attended training camp with the BC Lions. He spent the opening week on the Lions injured list.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders also announced additional roster moves:
