REGINA — If the BC Lions are to complete the sweep of their two-game set with the Saskatchewan Roughriders they are going to have to do it without their leading receiver.
Bryan Burnham, who sits fourth in the league in receiving with 546 yards and two touchdowns, was a late scratch the club announced an hour prior to kickoff. Earlier in the week, it was reported that Burnham had been seen limping at practice but the severity of his injury, as it relates to this week, wasn’t known until the club filed their two scratches before Sunday’s contest.
Bryan Burnham just limped off the practice field. Didn't see what happened but right foot is getting looked at. #BCLions
