TORONTO — The Shaw Road to the Grey Cup continues in Week 16, with three out of four games now complete.
In the East, the Argos failed to officially punch their ticket to the playoffs following a last-minute loss to the Saskatchewan Roughriders. With the Ticats and REDBLACKS also victors on Friday and Saturday night, the eastern waters have only muddied.
With Ottawa’s win, one result could potentially be assured this week depending on Sunday’s result. A loss by the Montreal Alouettes would make them the first team officially eliminated from the Grey Cup playoffs.
