TSN CFL Fantasy: Who won Week 16?

If you went with a couple of Edmonton Eskimos this week – specifically C.J. Gable (24 points), Brandon Zylstra (27.1 points) and Edmonton’s defence – you would have made a great choice.

In his Eskimos debut, Gable rushed for 111 yards on 22 carries and a touchdown while also pitching in nine yards on one catch and a touchdown. Gable is starting to look like a must-start in fantasy after having two weeks in a row with over 20 points.

Zylstra, on the other hand, led the way for the Esks through the air. He caught seven passes for 201 yards and a touchdown while also tallying 25 return yards.

Edmonton’s defence held the Als to 24 points and recorded three sacks, two interceptions, two fumbles and one touchdown.

Steve-O started both Eskimo offensive threats and Edmonton’s D on his way to winning TSN CFL Fantasy in Week 16.

Steve-O also went with a pair of Tiger-Cats in Week 16 – Jeremiah Masoli (26.3 points) and Alex Green (15.7 points).

Masoli threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns while also calling his own number eight times for 48 yards in the Ticats win over Winnipeg. Green rushed 20 times for 97 yards and a touchdown in his second start with the Tabbies.

Steve-O’s second wide receiver spot was filled by the league’s leading reciever, Greg Ellingson (26.9 points). Ellingson caught seven passes from Trevor Harris, racking up 149 yards and two touchdowns.

And finally, S.J. Green (13.6 points) filled in Steve-O’s flex spot. Green caught five passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in the Argos loss against the Roughriders.
