Under Centre: Exclusive 1-on-1 with Sunday’s quarterbacks

TORONTO — As the biggest game of the year looms, CFL.ca’s guest analyst Davis Sanchez sits down for a candid, 1-on-1 interview with Ricky Ray and Bo Levi Mitchell.

Both pivots have an opportunity to add to what has already been a storied career.  For Ray, he looks to tie a bow on what has been a season full of proving doubters wrong as he took his Toronto Argonauts from worst to first in the East while in search of his fourth ring.

For Mitchell, at stake is a chance to right the wrongs from a season ago when a dominant Stampeders squad were handed a loss in the biggest upset in Grey Cup history.

Sanchez on Ray: “I was impressed by how candid Ricky was in this interview especially considering how big the game was.  A guy who has played in so many huge games says Sunday could be the biggest game of his career and also could be his last.”

Sanchez on Mitchell: “Bo almost defiant in not accepting anything but a win on Sunday.  He has undeniable belief in this group when some skeptics don’t but if need be, he will put team on his back by any means to get it done.”

Ray and Mitchell will compete in the 105th Grey Cup presented by Shaw, Sunday night at TD Place in Ottawa.
