Milanovich reflects on time in CFL ahead of AFC Championship

As former Toronto Argonauts Head Coach and current Jacksonville Jaguars Quarterbacks Coach Scott Milanovich prepares for the AFC Championship, he reflects on his time from the CFL.

Excerpt from Dan Ralph of the Canadian Press:

“I had a great time there and am very thankful for the opportunity I was given,” Milanovich said. “Sometimes things can get sticky and I’m glad it worked out for everybody.”

Despite leaving the organization, Milanovich was still very excited for the Argos and QB Ricky Ray:

“I’m so happy for Ricky,” Milanovich said. “Ricky Ray is as accurate a quarterback as there is at any level. It was great to see him get that record.”

Now the QBs coach for the Jaguars, Milanovich is trying to impart the same wisdom he gave to Ray onto Blake Bortles.
