Westerman says HELLO Montreal and THANK YOU Winnipeg
A highly coveted free agent, it was a surprise to many that Jamaal Westerman elected to not return to Winnipeg and instead, signed with the Montreal Alouettes where he gets to play with his brother! This is part of a total re-build of the Montreal Alouettes Defence that included the signings of Mitchell White and Tommie Campbell.
Westerman took to Social Media Thursday to say HELLO to his new team and give a fond farewell and thank you to Winnipeg.
