Katie Pegg may be the only girl in the Scarborough Thunder Football Association but she doesn’t seem to mind.
This 13 year old isn’t your typical teen. Katie was born without a radial bone in her right forearm but that doesn’t slow her down on the field one bit.
Not only is she the only girl on her football team, she's also missing a bone in her arm https://t.co/TMeAychltN pic.twitter.com/VKXf1jLIsH

Exercepts from CBC News:
“I’ve always been that person who plays really rough with people, I love how it’s full contact.”
As for being the only female in the league, well, she doesn’t even really notice:
“I don’t really feel out of place that much because when I’m on the field it’s a whole other scenario.”
Her teammates and coaches rave about her play & Katie’s love of football just keeps growing.
