TORONTO — Just because the season’s over doesn’t mean the next crop of CFL hopeful quarterbacks is on summer vacation.

A handful of U SPORTS quarterbacks will report to training camps across the country to learn what they can from some of the best in the business. Those in attendance are allowed to soak in a full training camp, but are not available to dress for any pre-season games.

The program officially launched in 2012 with all teams participating. To be eligible, a quarterback must not yet be eligible for the CFL Draft, meaning he’s in his third year or younger.

Quarterbacks going to the East West Bowl get an automatic invitation to attend, while the league attempts to include all schools over the span of a few years.

The full list of quarterbacks participating this year is below. Manitoba’s Des Catellier was originally slated to attend camp with the Bombers but pulled out due to injury.
