Fathers and Football: CFL dads edition
Happy Father’s Day to each and every dad out there. We here at CFL.ca hope you have a great day, you all deserve it!
Along with being an absolute rock star, my dad was such an important part of how I fell in love with the sport of football. I think a lot of you can agree that it was your fathers and/or grandfathers that also introduced you to the game we all love. Last year, my bud Brodie Lawson put together an edition of Fathers and Football profiling all of YOUR amazing dads. You can read that here.
For Father’s Day this year, I thought I would not only give a shout out to the amazing dads in the stands (and my own pops!) but also the CFL players and coaches who are dads, balancing the game they love and being a parent. They’re all also total rock stars.
These are definitely not the all of the CFL dads across the league but here are a few photos of guys with their super adorable kiddos.
