Checking Down: Bombers looking to shake things up on offence

(Adam Gagnon, CFL.ca)

TORONTO — Word out of Winnipeg suggests that the Blue Bombers are potentially shaking things up in their receiving corps,  and with that Darvin Adams looks to be getting moved inside while rookie Corey Washington has been getting first-team reps.

Alouettes’ head coach Mike Sherman has said that Johnny Manziel has been cleared of the league’s concussion protocol, but he’s not quick to decide on who will be lining up behind centre on Friday against the REDBLACKS.

Also, Emmanuel Arceneaux will be undergoing surgery after he suffered a season-ending ACL tear in the Lions’ Week 11 game against Saskatchewan.
