WINNIPEG — Winnipeg Blue Bombers running back Andrew Harris did not practice with the team on Wednesday, according to a report from BlueBombers.com’s Ed Tait.

Harris was spotted watching from the sidelines, along with receiver Weston Dressler and defensive back Kevin Fogg.

After practice, head coach Mike O’Shea said that Harris “should be good” to suit up this weekend.

The Canadian tailback ran for a game-high 158 yards last week against the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

In his third season in Winnipeg, the five-foot-10, 211-pounder is leading the league in rushing yards with 963. He’s also found the end zone seven times on the ground and twice through the air.

The Blue Bombers are preparing for the second of a home-and-home against the Roughriders at Investors Group Field this Saturday as they eye improving to .500 on the season.
