Lions place OL Cody Husband on 6-game

VANCOUVER — The BC Lions have announced on Monday that offensive lineman Cody Husband has been placed on the six-game injured list.

Husband was hurt in the Lions Week 13 contest against the Ottawa REDBLACKS. BC’s centre left the game on a cart after suffering the injury on the opening play from scrimmage and did not return.

The team also announced that national fullback Dakota Brush has been released and that in accordance with the CFL’s policy allowing teams to expand their practice rosters to 15 players for a 30-day period, the following players have been added:

LB Lee Bennett (I) – 42
DL Michael Ramsay (I) – 95
OL Cassidy Curtis (I) – 64
DB Ronald Tyler (I) – 29
RB Shaun Wick (I) – 32
K/P Quinn Van Gylswyk (N) – 70
