The BC Lions improved their chances of advancing to the post-season on Saturday night and in doing so, confirmed a pair of scenarios in the East Division.  The Lions win over Toronto eliminates the Argos from playoff contention while clinching a home playoff date for the Ottawa REDBLACKS.

The Argos loss also guaranteed that there will be a West Division crossover team entering the East Division playoffs for the third consecutive season.
