TSN CFL Fantasy: Who won Week 1?

The regular season is finally here and that’s means it’s time to see who will be our fantasy champion!

Week 1 is in the books and we have our first winner of TSN CFL Fantasy, DIKIRTSCHIG, who had the week’s highest score (165.5 points).

A big night from four different Edmonton Eskimos helped our winner beat out the rest of the country.

At quarterback, DIKIRTSCHIG picked Trevor Harris (37.1 points). In his Eskimos debut, Harris came out slinging, tossing 447 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed seven times for 12 yards and another major score.

DIKIRTSCHIG went with three other Eskimos on their winning roster this week, C.J. Gable (27.3 points), Kenny Stafford (28.8 points) and Ricky Collins (26 points). Gable rushed 20 times for 154 yards while also adding three catches for 29 yards, including a spectacular touchdown grab. Stafford had two touchdowns on seven catches for 98 yards and Collins hauled in nine passes for 175 yards.

Mossis Madu (20 points) and Darvin Adams (18.3 points) took up DIKIRTSCHIG last two skill positions. Madu rushed 24 times for 112 yards and hauled in six passes for 28 yards. Adams caught a touchdown on five passes for 73 yards and a major score.

And finally, DIKIRTSCHIG took the Eskimos defence (8 points) in their winning roster, as the Esks D held Montreal to 25 points and collected two sacks, an interception.
