MONTREAL — Hamilton Tiger-Cats running back Sean Thomas Erlington left Thursday night’s game against the Montreal Alouettes with an injury and did not return.
Thomas Erlington was hit by Alouettes defensive back Tommie Campbell in the first quarter and was in visible pain on the field. He was unable to walk under his own power and had to be carried off by two of his teammates.
TSN’s John Lu reported from the sidelines that Thomas Erlington suffered a left leg injury.
Before his exit, the Montreal native had just one carry for no yards.
