TSN CFL Fantasy: Who won Week 8?

TORONTO — Rolling without a defence proved to be the right strategy for NICKI11 in Week 8, as they won the week in TSN CFL Fantasy with 145 points.

Not filling out a full roster might seem a little risky but if you pick players who score a few touchdowns each, like Andrew Harris and Ricky Collins Jr. did, the risk is worth the reward.

Take a look at the rest of NICKI11’s roster:

NICKI11 went with Cody Fajardo (24.1 points) at quarterback. The Riders pivot threw 313 yards and called his own number nine times for 56 yards and a touchdown.

NICKI11 also went with Fajardo’s receiver, Shaq Evans (23.5 points), who caught seven passes for 160 yards and rushed once for five.

At running back, NICKI11 took Andrew Harris (37.7 points) and Romar Morris (12.1). Harris scored a pair of touchdowns in the Bombers loss to Toronto while also adding 152 yards on 15 attempts and caught six passes for 45 yards. Morris rushed nine times for 14 yards, hauled in five catches for 49 yards and added 21 return yards.

Ricky Collins (32.8 points) and Branden Burks (14.7 points) took up NICKI11’s final two roster spots. Collins caught six passes for 148 yards and two major scores while Burks rushed five times for 37 yards and hauled in six passes for 50 yards out of the backfield.
