WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed offensive lineman Na’Ty Rodgers and linebacker Nick Taylor to the practice roster.

Rodgers signed with the Montreal Alouettes in 2018 and played in 10 games after being released by Winnipeg in training camp. The 24-yar-old was a four-star recruit coming out of high school. He transferred out of South Carolina in November 2014 and spent that season at Iowa Western Community College. He’d finish his collegiate career at the University of Houston.

He appeared in 10 games for the Alouettes during the 2018 campaign.

Taylor, 31, had 46 tackles and a sack in 14 starts with the Edmonton Eskimos last season. Taylor spent a season at a minor arena football league before participating at FIU’s Pro Day. He signed with the Minnesota Vikings in 2013.

The Bombers will be in action on Friday night when they take on the Edmonton Eskimos at Commonwealth Stadium. Kickoff is set for 9:00 p.m. ET.
