Sticking with the #GreyCupFitUp, day I-have-no-idea. Got in an evening walk through the neighbourhood on Saturday, then started a C25K workout on the treadmill Sunday. A muscle tweak in my leg cut that short, but finished up on the elliptical to get to 45 minutes total.
As always, mental health remains at the forefront!
I don’t take many rest days but as a person who struggles with chronic insomnia lately, I need days to rest and focus on mental health. I’m re-reading this book. It’s an absolute must for anyone who works with or is someone who suffers the effects of trauma. ❤️#GreyCupFitUppic.twitter.com/wwac6tCN8a
