CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders have added five players to their practice roster following Week 16 action, with running back Timothy Flanders highlighting the group.

Flanders, 28, has had previous stints with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and BC Lions, amassing 556 yards and four touchdowns in 19 career CFL games.

The Midwest City, OK., native’s best season came in 2016, where he had 281 rushing yards and three scores on 46 carries in seven games. He made just one appearance for Winnipeg last season, getting six yards on two carries while adding 88 kickoff return yards on five attempts.

Calgary also signed receiver Darren Andrews, linebacker Chase Middleton, offensive lineman Jordan Morgan, and defensive lineman Mbi Tanyi to the roster on Monday.

The Stamps will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Percival Molson Memorial Stadium to go head-to-head with the Montreal Alouettes. The pair of inter-divisional foes will kick-off at 4:00 p.m. ET.
