EDMONTON — The Edmonton Eskimos have placed defensive backs Forrest Hightower and Monshadrik Hunter on the one-game injured list ahead of the Western Semi-Final.

Hightower is in his second season with Eskimos. The 27-year-old has appeared in 11 games for Edmonton this season, accumulating 26 tackles, one sack and an interception over that span.

Hunter, 24, is in his second CFL campaign. He played in all 18 games during the regular season, posting 59 tackles, one sack and a pair of picks.

Josh Johnson will slide into Hunter’s spot at halfback while Tyquwan Glass will move into his field corner spot as a result. Godfrey Onyeka will start in Hightower’s place on Sunday.

The Eskimos travel to Percival-Molson Memorial Stadium for the Eastern Semi-Final against the Montreal Alouettes. Kick-off between the two teams is set for 1:00 p.m. ET.
